About Us

	
 Unvisible is the recruitment practice of Stephanie-Dolores Henkle and spcialized collaborators. Bringing together an expertise in design, technology, recruiting, coaching, and psychology, our passion is for fostering the conditions in which sparks occur – when talented individuals find that opportunity for which they will thrive.
Prior to establishing Unvisible in 2015, Stephanie-Dolores spent a better part of her career in New York helping companies design and implement strategies to strengthen their ability to attract and engage senior leadership talent.&#38;nbsp; At Brown Brothers Harriman, Pfizer, and Johnson &#38;amp; Johnson, she developed talent management programs focused on engagement, succession planning, career development, and recruitment.&#38;nbsp; She drove initiatives in company-wide downsizing and realignment,&#38;nbsp; employer competencies, and branding. Earlier in her career, as a Clinical Art Psychotherapist  she institued an innovative psychotherapy and nursing staff communication protocol for Bryn Mawr Hospital.&#38;nbsp; She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she studied film, printmaking, and painting, along with Master's degrees in Art Psychotherapy from Drexel University and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Now based in Northern California, she enjoys hiking the hills with her husband, Jordan, and their dog, Shotsie.

	Stephanie-Dolores Henkle Founder
Stephanie’s journey has weaved through the paths of fine art and design, psychotherapy, organizational behavior, and talent management. She began her career as an Art Psychotherapist and then moved into Organizational Psychology within the healthcare and finance industries. In 2009, she started consulting as an Executive Recruiter in New York, helping clients and companies from start-ups to global corporations develop and implement strategies to better attract and engage their employees. In 2015, the establishment of Unvisible&#38;nbsp; brought&#38;nbsp; an exciting opportunity to bridge her passion and knowledge in design, consulting, and organizational and human behavior within the creative industry.&#38;nbsp; Stephanie holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, a MA in Art Psychotherapy from Drexel University and a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. &#38;nbsp;

Co-Founding Partner. &#38;nbsp;Bryan has spent his entire career in the design and creative service industry working in design and creative leadership roles at global branding firms such as Wolff‐Olins, Huge, and 360i, and as a designer at several Fortune 500 retail brands. In 2012, Bryan became a certified career and life coach with a focus on providing insight and guidance to individuals looking to grow in and gain fulfillment from their career choices. This cumulative set of experiences gives Bryan informed insights into the workings of agency and corporate culture and to the motivation that drives innovation. Bryan studied Graphic Design at Georgia State University and earned his IFC Certified Life Coach credentials at the Open Center in NY. Bryan currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

We are looking for a detail oriented, technically savvy, self motivated, quick moving, and well organized individual to help us manage our database and provide support to the recruitment team. You will be responsible for transferring candidate information into our database, conducting periodic database clean up projects, and assisting in ongoing enhancements.&#38;nbsp;
 Prior experience with spreadsheets and data entry is required 
(such as Airtable, Excel/Numbers, and Google suite)
Experience navigating social media is highly desirable (such as Linkedin and Instagram)
Interest in design is a big plus!This role offers flexible hours and the chance to be a part of a growing team of smart, dedicated, and inspired individuals. &#38;nbsp;
